Oliver Hermanus
Oliver Hermanus is a South African film director and writer. His films include Shirley Adams, Beauty (Skoonheid), and The Endless River. Beauty premiered in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival and was the South African entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 84th Academy Awards. The Endless River was the first South African film to compete for the Golden Lion award at the Venice Film Festival.
